The Railings & gates where refurbished by sourcing specially cast replacment components such as finial spears from a foundry in Ireland & fitted using special on site welding equipment by Clerk Fencing.

This is similar work that we used to restore the railings & gates to the Crumlin Road Jail last year in 2007.

Clerk Fencing can carefully remove your existing gates and or railings, have them cleaned down, re-coat with special coating materials & replace/repair and defects before re-fitting. We can also automate the gates as they are re-installed.

The restoration of the railings and gates has now bee completed on 1st November 2008.

The final phase was completed by local firm of painters & decorators L & J.J. Sherry using a special two pack marine grade epoxy paint which has incredible durability.
