The coating technology of Betafence is state of the art and assures an extra long life.
Complete system
The various system consists of various height panels supported by three types of post, each with a specific fixing system. All types are available with adapted accessories and a wide range of swing and sliding gates.
Coating techniques
Panels made out of galvanised wires. An adhesion coating is given for a perfect adhesion with the PVC coating. The posts are galvanised inside and outside (min. coating 275g/m2, both sides together), in accordance with Euro norm 10147. Afterwards an adhesion coating is applied and finally the posts are plastic coated (min. 60 micron).
Colours
Nylofor 3-M is standard available in green RAL 6005 - white RAL 9010

Panel Make Up.
The panels feature pressed ‘V’ forms containing additional 4mm diameter wires for the full panel width for strength, rigidity and sophisticated good looks whilst providing a cost-effective anti-intruder barrier.
Mesh pattern: varies to 50x50mm maximum, welded at each
intersection.
Horizontal wires: 3mm diameter at 50mm centres with additional 4mm diameter in the ‘V’ beams
Vertical wires: 3mm diameter at 50mm and 12.5mm centres

NYLOFOR 3D
The Nylofor 3D system is a modern and visually appealing heavy weldmesh fencing system - recommended for use at sport and recreational facillities, and is also ideal for most types of boundary, saftey, general security and anti-intruder fencing. Typically used at industrial, commercial, educational, transport and public establishments.
Panels
The panels have a width of 2500 mm and a height from 630 to 2430 mm.
The panels have vertical barbs of 30 mm on one side and are reversible (barbs at top or at bottom).
Mesh sizes are 200 x 50 mm, and 100 x 50 mm for the beam sections.
The heavy wires, with a diameter of 5 mm guarantee an extraordinary level of rigidity.
Posts and Fixation
The Nylofor 3D system can be applied to 3 differents posts systems:
Twilfix post system
Twilfix 2000 posts are suitable for use with the following fence panels: Nylofor 2D and 2DS, Nylofor 3D, Nylofor 3-M, Nylofor Medium, Paladin and Roll Top. Posts are manufactured from 60 x 60 x 2mm square hollow section, and fitted with M8 threaded inserts. Available with Flat or Pyramid top caps. Standard Heights - 0.9m (overall 1.5m) to 2.4m (overall 3.1m)
For fence up to 2.4m:

Finish
